The Junior Executive Program
Designed specifically to help Paycom’s sales interns break into the industry, our Junior Executive Program provides participants with hands-on experience that is invaluable as they develop essential skills. Executive Representative training
Often called Exec Rep, this training is for Paycom sales representatives and gives them a chance to interface with their colleagues from across the country as they sharpen their skills. This training is a great way for members of Paycom’s sales force to enhance their product knowledge, hone their selling skills and stoke the passion driving their careers and bringing our innovative tech to even more potential clients.
